| We can offer services on a "pay as you go" basis which means that you can create a fund at Compu-Save to draw from for telephone and on-site support. We also can take payment via Paypal and by company check if time permits. This option will provide you with the means for us to provide telephone support if you do not have a standard support contract. Without a support contract or the provisions of this option in place, telephone support cannot be provided. As stated, emergency service is available for non-contract customers but because I would have to break my schedule the cost for this service is quite high. Typically this cost will range from $500-$1000 for the first two hours and $125 for every hour thereafter plus travel expenses.
